Hierarchical python
WebTreemap charts visualize hierarchical data using nested rectangles. The input data format is the same as for Sunburst Charts and Icicle Charts: the hierarchy is defined by labels ( names for px.treemap) and parents attributes. Click on one sector to zoom in/out, which also displays a pathbar in the upper-left corner of your treemap. WebThe algorithm will merge the pairs of cluster that minimize this criterion. ‘ward’ minimizes the variance of the clusters being merged. ‘average’ uses the average of the distances of each observation of the two sets. ‘complete’ or ‘maximum’ linkage uses the maximum distances between all observations of the two sets.
